It was our first time purchasing a home so we had so much to learn but Quen was there every step of the way and helped answer all of our questions. She is extremely helpful, professional, organized and diligent. The home search process would have been overwhelming but she made notes  of our remarks at each house visited and followed up with an email so we could keep them straight. Extremely helpful! We had tough schedules but she worked around them. I am thankful for her patience as we worked through the entire buying process. She communicated frequently and helped us understand the market and the area.
